Some battery replacements can be done the day you bring your timepiece in.
More prestigious brands are kept for 1-2 weeks as; all seals are replaced, case + bracelet are ultrasonically cleaned, battery fitted and finally reassembled and pressure tested. Watch servicing of modern watches typically takes an estimated time of 6-8 weeks.
Please bring in your watch if you think it needs servicing for some testing, usually while you wait!

As we cannot keep every branded strap in stock we are happy to try obtain one for you and are able to have straps custom made in a wide variety of skins.
